This one should have been 'fitted' but not baggy enough to look anything but 'not a good fit'  - I think because the World is growing Obsese, clothing companies are trying to con particularly women into believing a size 10 is still a size 10 as we knew it for years  .  I might have worn the jumper  perhaps once.

For some reason it's fashionable at the moment to have baggier clothes. I don't like it & often buy stuff a couple of sizes smaller.
