It depends which sort you've been given as Elleste is available for post-menopause and peri. There is Elleste Duet 1/10, 2/10 ( for peri) and Elleste Duet conti for post-menopause. If you are having fairly regular periods and nowhere near menopause and have been given the latter (ie the conti type with just one kind of tablet to be taken all the time) then this is incorrect - unless the gynae or doctor had a good reason to prescribe it (ie continuous progestogen)?
