I have now spoken to my Consultant and have been prescribed evorel sequential patch.
 
Does anyone have any experience of these?

These were the first pacthes I ever started on. The oestrogen part worked like a charm but the progestogen combi patches gave me migraines so I changed to progesterone. However they do suit many women (who probably don't post on here!) or else they wouldn't still be prescribed so do give them a try.

Oh dear your mis-informed GP telling you that you had it wrong when in fact she was! Yes Utrogestan is used for maintaining pregnancies - but also for HRT and she should know that or know where to look!

I would suggest every woman who researches what HRT they want from the information on this site - prints off the relevant information so that there is no dispute about what is available. Now that the NICE Guidelines have been issued and more women may well ask for HRT, until the GPs catch up - they will need a little help from us, the patients!
