Do you absolutely have to lay down after inserting utro?

Do you absolutely have to lay down after inserting utro?
I insert my utro at night, but my bedtime can be totally varied, so I stick to a time, that way I know I am getting it every 24hrs.
Sometimes, I sit, after inserting utro, when I am up.
If I am already in bed, that is not a problem, as I insert it before I get in bed, but usually, I need a wee, even if I just had one before, so out I get again.
I insert it as far as it will go, so, can I assume that it will stay up there.
Thanks

I use an applicator which I got with a box of thrush cream, and place it right up next to the cervix just before going to bed.  Luckily the round ball fits perfectly into the end of the applicator and it's never fallen out yet even after going to the loo.  I wouldn't worry about a couple of hours either side of the dose, I doubt it would make much difference.

I also have varied bed times, just put it in once I am in bed, luckily if I wee before then I dont need to until the next morning, I cannot see it making too much diff what time you insert it at night as long as you do so....and re staying in, I would imagine it would melt and liquidify much quicker if you were to put it in and move around than if you were lying still in bed.....

I always insert mine at bedtime as I've had 4 children and it would defo fall out  ::). I don;t worry about bedtimes either - although mine doesn't vary that much. I always have to wee in the night when I am using the Utro but by that time I am assuming that lots of it has already diffused through cervix into uterus and is busy doing its stuff. Unless you vary eg between 9 pm and 3 in the morning as Mary G says - a couple of hours either side won't make a difference. Mind you if you were out at live music event or club and dancing the night away and put it in at say 11 pm - it might well slip down a bit   ;D
