hi

I forgot a few days  utro, so i didnt take it days 19-22 of cycle cos i had a stressful event it messed stuff up regarding remembering utro.
I have suspected adhd which also adds to it.
I am on day 24 of my cycle now.
I didn't take utro on day 15 or 16 of my cycle, as i forgot, but i thought i could just take it on days 27 and 28
I forgot about it totally last month.

I take utro vaginally and this post is just to say, should i keep taking the utro this cycle or should i just not bother?
As I am bleeding, does that mean I have started a new cycle today?
Without these errors, monday 26th would normally be day 1 of my new cycle.
The last day of my cycle is 25th october.

You need to have a calendar or app on your phone to remind you.

As you say it's not the first time.
You fought very hard to get this treatement and it works for you if you remember to take it.

So......work out a routine and stick to it and then you will continue to feel the best you can..

Thanks for the kick up the bum, I will deffo do that next time.

I wanna know if i should keep taking the utro this cycle, now that I have a period.
Today would be day 24 of my cycle, but as I am on a period, should i change it to day 1, or should i just finish this cycle i am on.

I would finish the cycle and then start afresh.

Get yourself some kind of prompt for when you take what and when. You have been so much better so it would be a real shame to mess it up
