It's expensive for a student though. Surely the dental health of our young people who are not in work should be free ish. It would save a lot of money in the long run.

It's the going rate in Scotland. If you look into NHS England Dentistry costs then you will see how much things should cost.
Our dentist does a combination of both private and NHS.

So does our Surgery but it's either Private or NHS - there's no NHS check up and treatment done privately, which was the case when he first 'went' Private  >:(

However, he is very good, has supportive staff and has time to listen and advise.
