having had a rotten time at the dentist yesterday, and felt sorry for myself for the rest of the day.. today started well...
had my chewing gum after breakie, and I think I just pulled out some of the darn filing. Going to see how it goes as I do have sensitivity and pain after these things - but now I might have to go back again
