which gum? the darn stuff is a minefield to me, but worth a try.

I have used gum in the past but it then gives me wind  ::).  There was a fruity flavoured gum in a yellow packet years ago which I found quite tasty.

having had a rotten time at the dentist yesterday, and felt sorry for myself for the rest of the day.. today started well...

had my chewing gum after breakie, and I think I just pulled out some of the darn filing.  Going to see how it goes as I do have sensitivity and pain after these things - but now I might have to go back again :'(
