I wish! They did ease eventually, but I ended up sleeping in this morning! Can't have it all I suppose.  Apparently coughed myself silly too, but have absolutely no recollection of that.

I'm up! What are these hot legs you talk about cubagirl? Hot flush type legs? My flushes are day and night at the moment and I've taken to sleeping in a star shape to find the cool spots around the bed for my legs and feet. Is that what you're talking about? x

No not hot flushes. They burn like having had hot water poured over them. Hot to touch, but not red. It lasts for hours.

Still up! Hopefully not until 3am again, have decided i'm going to have to see the doc re the state of my skin since having the mirena...i thought the cystic acne had gone but it seems it has come for another round...it's so awful i can look in the mirror again after 30 mins and see new spots...my neck and jaw and back hairline are covered, and my chest/top of boobs, so gross...AND i noticed a grey nostril hair sticking out to contrast with my increasing bunch of moustache hairs...

sing with me..."I'm too sexy...la la etc etc"
