Hot Flushes and Night Sweats

Those of you still having periods, do you find your hot flushes and night sweats are worse as your period finishes?

Yes I do TC....don't have so much flushes as surges with sweating though....hope your night has been a bit better xxx

Tv - had a better night thanks, made sure I didn't get too hot.  Windows wide open and slept on top of the bed.  Still woke up in the night though.   Husband complained of being cold all night, nevermind :)

Toffeecushion,have you tried the chillo pillow ?  I found them very good

Thanks for the idea of the chillow pillow Ellie, I've just sent off for one -
Been up since four this morning - laying in my birthday suit on the cold leather sofa
followed by sticking to the hot leather sofa  ;D

Got to be worth a try!

My night heat coping strategy is to have a cool shower then go to bed slightly damp and have the window open. The dampness increases to cooling of the night air. I also dump the duvet on hubby and lie outside the covers. That allows me to keep the window open without his self moaning.
