Thanks Taz...I'm going with the 3/4 patch for a few days to ease myself back up and then on my next change day I will stick a full one on.

I do agree my own hormones have probably just given up completely now. I have felt a bit....difficult to explain...but different...over the past few months.
Even less energy than usual, skin terribly dry....just off, but nothing I could put my finger on.

Hey ho, it can only get better....hopefully.

Hello honeybun.

I thought I'd add that I'm in a similar position. I am 58 and had been using Evorel Conti 50 mcg for three months when I had some spotting. While waiting for a Hysteroscopy I trimmed a little off the patch reducing the dose to about 44 mcg. After three weeks the flushes started to come back along with more jitters etc.  I am now back to 50 mcg and waiting to see if the spotting re occurs. I like the idea of alternating patches of different sizes and I wonder if that would work in the future, in the meantime I am back to a full patch and hoping for the best!
