I have one and love it.

I make myself smoothies at lunch time a lot, using whatever I have in, rather than following recipes. Today I had a handful of spinach, 1/2 an advocado, 1/2 a banana and 1/2 an apple. It was lovely, but I had to share it with my 2 year old grandson! Sometimes I add aloe Vera liquid to it. I tend to add more liquid now, so not too thick. And yes, I do eat more veg and fruit as a result. I'm not keen on fruit normally. Some of the concoctions I have made do look disgusting though. Mix blueberries and spinach together and.....

.! Tastes good though. My DH won't try it though. Have fun!
