I am getting cervical mucus as I am having a bit of an oestrogen blip - it is obviously the Vag At version; less 'egg white' and more 'rubber band' 

Now in some circles that would be TMI but not on here !!!

I never even realised what that mucusy stuff was related to for years! lol .  I've been in peri for quite a few years now (lucky me!) and mucus has only stopped in the last 18 months, I think.  So reckon I must have gone deeper in to meno....

Mood thing is weird too..I've stopped starflower and Oil of Evening Primrose the last couple of months and this period....I've been anxious, moody, down and shouty!  Waking up with that old feeling of oh bloody hell, another day to get through.  Luckily it passes as the day goes on.  Don't like being reminded of those feelings though..

Sounds exactly like that feeling of dread that I tend to wake up to.....

………. yep.  I do wake feeling worried about whether the over-night depression will get worse
