wondered if anyone could help/reassure ? ive just had it confirmed by blood tests/symptoms i am perimenopausal, symptoms started a year ago..missed periods flushes mood swings.. about 6 wks ago i had what i can only describe as an anxiety attack - came out of nowhere - but because suffered in the past (about 5 years ago) completely floored me .. i was in a very unhappy and stressful marriage for 16 years - which was the root of my problems , i am now engaged to be married next year and very very happy
, so couldnt understand where this attack came from.. i was waiting for blood tests results at the time. its completely knocked my confidence so much so i got in a right state and had to be signed off work , i was terrified my problems had come back.. in the meantime it was confirmed hormone levels not normal and i have been perscribed elleste duet 1mg.. and ive read the side effects :-/ 2 being depression and anxiety.. so this is now playing on my mind... i just want to be back to "normal "... how long do they take to work ? thank you so much.. sorry long winded !
