Sleepless night and racing heart
« on: March 31, 2017, 05:07:51 AM »

What a night, went to bed at 11.30pm and didn't fall asleep until after 2am. Could feel every beat of my heart which made me worry about that so no doubt it didn't help. I had a busy day painting the living room and was down on my knees quite a lot doing the skirting boards, this left me aching all over. To top it all i am suppose to be babysitting my grandchildren today, one 8 and one 16 month and after 3 1/2 hours sleep i just want to relax. In the past this would have been no trouble but it all seems so daunting now. I thought i was out the menopause as i am 59 with little symptoms, but every now and again the health anxiety seems to rear it's ugly head. Today i really feel my age.  :(

I take hours to get to sleep most nights. Not so much a racing heart, but restless legs. Fortunately I don't work,  so can afford to sleep a bit later.
