Debe - I've responded to you on the other thread. I'm afraid HRT takes 3-6 months to really kick in and do it's work, especially if you are well in to post meno - which I think you are? Flushes etc can disappear quite quickly but low mood can take some time - I think the mood is helped with better sleep and generally feeling better which the HRT will help with.  You do have to be patient  - there are no quick fixes as the body has to adjust and welcome all the those hormones it has been missing for so long.
As for the bleeding - do expect to bleed for the first few weeks to 6 months on Femoston conti (probably only light) but this will settle down and you shouldn't get too many cramps.  DG x

Aw, thank you CLKD, I needed that!

And DG, Thank you, I will have a look. I've learned more from this website in 2 days than anywhere else ever! I never realised what a pain it could be for everyone. I am lucky because there are many out there with much worse symptoms than me.
