Hello everyone been a while since I posted

I am a bit concerned I am on HRT Premique and been on it a couple of months now, the last week or so I have felt like I am having a period and started off with brown discharge (apologies to much info) and now its turning red.

Does this sound normal?

Hi Sharon,

It can take a few months to settle onto a bleed-free HRT like Premique.. this sounds like breakthrough spotting to me, but if you are worried, check with your GP or Nurse Practitioner (whoever's better with HRT).

Some ladies never really become 'period-free' on continuous combined HRTs and end up on cyclical HRT for their own peace of mind.

Hope this helps.

Or speak to a Pharmacist about your worries, they have private rooms these days.
