I personally think it's important to keep using moisturisation e.g. Replens.  You have to insert the Vagifem quite high up so using some vaginal gel alongside shouldn't affect the vagifem. You might not want to push the lubrication up too high while using the Vagifem - you have only got a few more days of using Vagifem continuously anyway. I use a bit of Multi Gyn Actigel or Hyalofemme every night. DG x

Personally, I wouldn't use both at the same time. If you use Vagifem at night, I would use Replens the next morning at the earliest. I would be concerned that the Replens would affect the absorption of Vagifem if they were used at the same time.
