Does anyone get a strange sensation, a feeling like something is pushing down on your head and shoulders, a kind of pressure feeling?  Or am I completely losing it?

Pressure type feelings are one if my 'regular' symptoms toffee. I get pressure feeling in my head and neck regularly. Sometimes  up my neck and under my chin. Sometimes into my clavicles. Sometimes 'pressure' in the chest. When accompanied by palpitations makes for a terrible time and leads to panic attack. Good times.

Sometimes pressure is accompanied by 'whooshy' type sensations in my head and ears too.
I never know if this pressure is a symptom all by itself or if it's a lead up to a headache which are also one of my regular myriad symptoms. You're not alone !

Even though I've been told many times that these feelings are hormonal, I still have the occasional nagging doubt. Therefore really relieved to read your posts and see I am not alone! I think, for me, iit's worse when my hormone levels are massively fluctuating rather than when they are very low x

Do have this most days, I try to ignore it, easier said than done though.

I also get these feelings as part of my "regular" symptoms. Hate them to pieces, when it happens just keep trying to reassure myself that they are only hormones, and nothing more sinister, however if I could imagine what a person having a stroke feels like this would be it. Sorry to bother anyone with that last bit, but they are scary. I cannot stand any of these symtoms that have to do with my head/brain/neck and chest. The good thing is that since starting my birth control medication to shut down my own ovaries it has helped quite a bit.

You are definitely not alone in theses feelings, try not to worry and take care!😏
