Anjia - in response, perhaps you should have also looked horrified when they went outside to smoke and said "I would never smoke - it's far greater risk to health than HRT" !!

I find that I talk about HRT a lot nowadays if the occasion arises. I feel it's a good idea to try to educate women who may be suffering in silence thinking that HRT is not something they would dare to try.

I was talking to a workmate yesterday, she said her mum did it with no HRT so she thought she should, but then said she couldnt take it anyways so ething to do with her veins?  I said i will take/do whatever makes me better!!
