I think it is, it has been awful for 5 years!!!
I have been given pill and patch but made me feel sick, i would try gel but if that doesnt work then all out...tony mander meno specilaist advised that two years ago but everyone i see only treats the pain and nothing else.
There is nothing to help tinnitus but studies have now been done and proved its linked to low oestrogen and fluctuating hormones, if you cant stomach the hrt only option for me is hysto!
I cannot see another 5 years of this i am only 45
