Really bad week!
« on: February 20, 2015, 10:37:02 AM »

Hi girls,

Is there something going on with the moon? Or is it just me?

Cried solidly for 3 days, horrendous migraine and now two week early heavy period, they are now all over the place 2nd 28th and now18th of month. How long do these feeling of dread and no motivation last for? Think my DH is ready to walk out the door, bless him!
Is this the start or the end? Im 52, Any help greatly appreciated and sorry for the moan x

Probably the start  ::) ……… keep a mood/food diary? to chart progress.  Tell DH to hang on in there! and do talk to him about your feelings, don't assume!!!!

Could be the moon, the weather but probably hormones  >:(  ::)

Oh thank you  :ante:  that makes up for the dental visit I had earlier  ;)

I had to chart my ups and downs otherwise I wouldn't have got out of bed in the morning.  Then NAPS advised me to eat every 3 hours, 24/7 which helped enormously.  My GP has been supportive too ……  :-* and I have a lovely husband  :-* :-* …… what I ought to do however, is listen to their advice!  ::)

I can't cry.  Except when DH is here and I want a good blub without having to explain why.  Talk to your DH …. he needs to know that mainly, this isn't his fault  ;) - there is a page to print off for men ………
