A dress can be displayed out of the sun.  So maybe a nice padded hanger in your new home …….. behind the bedroom door, perhaps with a nice necklace in the well, neck line  …….

Still have mine in the wardrobe.
It is ballerina length,full skirt,sweetheart neckline, ivory colour with long sleeves with buttons down the sides and 3 ivory roses at the back on the waist.
It has got a small stain on it but otherwise still good.
I couldn't get rid of it ( I don't think my DD will want to wear it when her time comes)
