Hi Greyhoundgal
Thanks for sharing your positive experience with Femoston Conti - I'm just starting mine now so fingers crossed all will be well. Generally I've been fine with the progesterone part of the 1/10 although I often felt a bit PMT-y by the end of the pack and before the withdrawal bleed; it was never a big problem though. I have a feeling the lower continuous dose of prog will be better for me as I'm convinced I'm well into the menopause now at age 51 (Started HRT at 48 but had symptoms for a few years before that). We'll see. Thanks again, ER x

You're welcome English Rose.  I was on the 1/10 for a while until my nurse decided I could stop all the bleeding malarkey ;)  I'm 54 and have been on the conti now since Sept with no problems.  Like you I sometimes had PMT type feelings at the end of the pack while on the sequi but that has all gone now as well.  Fingers crossed you get on with the conti as well as I have.
