I am fond of toast, prefer it to bread. I also prefer it done under a grill rather than a toaster.  I like it well done but not burnt.  Hubby's is like hot bread by comparison.

And I am a fan of Marmite on my toast, or marmalade, or boiled egg with toast soldiers  :)

My hubby and son love Marmite, daughter and I hate it  ;D

I don't like bread that much at all to be honest. It's just something I eat because I can't think of anything better.

White or brown......brown and seeded for me.

I like seeded bread, but toast has to be white.

Beat you there PN. I put on 4 1/2lbs ;D
I went to the weigh in thinking 5 so I didn't feel too bad.
Now trying the new extra easy SP plan to see if that shifts the extra christmas weight quickly.
It's meant to turbo boost your weight loss........watch this space ;D

Smaller plates?  Weighing a daily amount …….. put the amounts on to a plate in the fridge so that at the end of the day  ;) ……..

Toast has to be white bread.  Hot toast and HP Sauce?

If I could it would be hot, white toast with lashings of butter. Vitalite just ain't the same.

Take it or leave it to be honest. I do like a panini or a soda scone but bread just leaves me a bit cold. I think it's down to years of doughy sandwiches.

It's one of those things I just end up eating through laziness. Toast has to be brown though and I'm not that keen on butter either.

Bit weird....that's me  ;D

this thread brings back memories of dripping toast for Sunday tea as a kiddie  :-\

we are making fruity soda bread with a recipe out of the radio times. we bought the rice and rye flour in town this morning. don't think it will last long enough to toast though if it turns out like the picture  :P
