Bras at bedtime
« on: January 06, 2015, 10:58:48 PM »

I have taken to wearing one at night, one of those Belvia ones. They are useless for normal use as I'm rather  :boobs: however, I've found them quite comfy at night. Very little support, but just makes me more comfortable.  My daughter wears one most nights too, but she has a very small bust.

Do any of you sleep in a bra?

I'm really glad to take mine off to be honest. I find it more comfortable.
I do have some jammy tops and night dresses that have sort of built in things but find it better to let the little I have to swing free.   ;D

Mine swing too much!  ;D It's under my bust that gets really uncomfortable. This bra lifts boobs enough to make that area more comfortable.

Google Kush Sleep Support for Breasts.

I have one of these and it works , so comfortable and comforting for large or small breasts.

I have a loose sleep bra and tuck it in.

It irons out chest wrinkles too and smoothers the skin.

Bought mine eight years ago when I had breast surgery and have used it ever since, it works!

the only time I wore a bra at night was when I was pregnant and breast feeding.  I haven't felt the need to since then but am open to anything as I get older  ::)

I first heard about sleep support bra pillows at breasthealthonline.org.

Body support pillows are very comfortable too so I am told, have been tempted to invest in one.

I feel too restricted. After being trussed up all day it's so nice to take it off.

I hated nursing bras, they were so big and ugly. I'm sure there are nicer ones these days.

Here is pic , there are different types but this gives  an idea of the principle. You could even make one using foam and covering with silk case.
For women who have breast discomfort they really do help.

I did have a look, but not sure I'd want one if I'm honest.

Like Babyjane, the only time I've worn a bra in bed is when I've been pregnant and breast feeding.
I wear Genie bras, which, for me, are sooooo comfy, so I would be happy to wear one in bed if I had to. ;)
