unfortunately I think my trouble is sticking things out, the slightest side effect and I want to stop it, the longest I stuck it was on everol sequi for three months bar three days, Ive decided for now not to take the sertraline and to keep the diazepam for my bad anxiety days, see how that goes for now anyway x

Some side effects are un-bearable - been there, suffered ……… now I wouldn't/can't be without my ADs.  Try the Valium and see …….

We seem to be on the same meds I now take the evorel sequi too. I think I knew I had to stick with the sertraline as there was no other option. Yes I could have swapped to another but it could have been even worse & I was in a bad way so needed something. I've stuck with this determination with the hrt patches. I do think everything will need tweaking but wanted to make an informed decision. We are all different & you have to be ready to do something as major as taking meds,  if it's not right for you now maybe you could come back to them in the future. Not sure though if I had things in place earlier I wouldn't have got so low xx

I wouldn't take the diazepam.   You can become dependent in a very short time
and the withdrawal symptoms are terrible.

I can't take AD's because of the side effects but you might find that they work for you.
Good luck in whatever you do.
