This sort of thing has happened to me too many times, starting from when I was very young , but not lately except in bed, waking up and feeling as if someone is

there, sensing it from my back never in front, when I am lying on my side.

The James Randi Educational Foundation will pay US$1,000,000 (One Million US Dollars) ("The Prize") to any person who demonstrates any psychic, supernatural, or paranormal ability under satisfactory observation.

I think the fact that this has been running for 50 years with not one winner says it all.  ::)

I think its a brain thing, so many things we don't know about it.

I think I posted year ago on MM about my experiences  when living In Gatow Berlin, there were a lot of deaths and atrocities that happened there.

This is in no way connected to charlatans who pray on peoples vulnerabilities.

I was member of a Paranormal Society for three years, and in all that time on numerous investigations we never came across anything that could not be explained.

I do think some people are sensitive to atmospheres but what it is I don't know.

I went to night school to study all aspects of Parapsychology for two years before joining the local Paranormal Society.

It was a very interesting time and I learned an awful lot about human nature and behaviour.

   ……. another thread then:

'if I win a million quidders …… how would I spend it ' - on my Island I will listen to 8 records ……

When I was severely depressed I sought help from various sources.  1 was a GP who had trained in China and did 'alternative' therapy along-side his NHS work.  He listened.  I think that's all I got out of the sessions ………. but it gave me breathing space; and I drove there and back on my own  :o ….. for 3 weeks ……….

Hi CLKD

Plan of campaign tonight is to start Estradot and Ultrogestan as Ive had a bad time both on Femseven and last few days since Ive been off, Im hoping it will help calm me, Im going to the doctor Monday, I don't know if I can ask about heart scan and fibroid scan without sounding really silly but it is praying on my mind, as for internet dating, lack of single friends and places to go around this area has resorted me to this, plus I feel so awful a lot of the time Im in my jim jams the thought of going out fills me with dread :( xx

Hi Karenja

I have just dabbled in the internet dating thing.......two scary dates but not met a lovely, lovely guy , who is funny, gentle and kind, he is great to be around ...climbed Kilamanjaroo last month so fit too.

We had a date day today and I was worried and anxious but i hit anxiety head one and go out anyway.....it is controlled that way and allows me nice things

Hugs Mrs January xx

There is no harm in asking you GP about what worries you.  It's the way of approaching the question than makes a difference in what response we get.  "As I am of a 'certain age' I have in the back of mind whether my heart and fibroid symptoms need investigation and would value your advice about talking about investigations in the New Year?"

Mental health is as important as physical health!

As for dating …….. no volunteering opportunities in your area?
