Back on Estradot and Utrogestan

Hello

After a night of anxiety and having to come home from work again feeling anxious and v tired Ive put my estradot patch back on, I know I also have to have the Utrogestan pill and I wasn't great with that before, but I have to now give it a proper chance again as I haven't been better off hrt, and I don't really want to take the ad unless absolutely necessary xx
