I think it's been so long since having meno symptoms before HRT that I've forgot about how bad dwindling estrogeon and thyroid ups and downs can make you feel.

I have plenty of boxes of patches left so may cut one in half so I'll be on 75 tomorrow and see if it makes a difference by Wednesday last time thy worked quick ill tell my consultant when I see him and see what he says.

Toffeecusion sorry forgot to say my flushes or glows as I called them lasted around 1-2 minutes.

My hot flushes usually last 1 - 3 minutes.
Fortunately, I have not experienced the adrenaline surge or rapid heart beat that others have mentioned. At the start of the flush though, I do get a mild feeling of claustrophobia as though I am in a confined space. This feeling passes once the flush is over.
