Think there is a difference between menopause anxiety and Gad. I have had Gad most of my life. I am finding now that i have stopped having periods my anxiety is better. It's just bad when i have to do things i am not comfortable with. Think what i wanted to say that it does get better. Sometimes we just need to know that. Have a good friend who got anxiety with the menopause she is post now and is so much better.

It can improve.  I had to find coping methods that suit me.  My GP put me on beta-blockas in 2002 which helped a lot, plus an emergency drug ……… relaxation therapy helped too.  It was remembering to practice that was the problem  ::)
