Bought some chocolate sea shells online for my daughter's Xmas,must've misread the size,if I stuck four wooden legs to each corner of the box,it would make a lovely coffee table  oh well,should keep her going

Spotted a Christmas tree 🎄 in a house window the other day.

I'm always relieved when it's all over and I can take the tree down.

We usually put ours up on advent Sunday which means I peak too early and take it down the day after boxing day. Trying to hold out longer before putting it up this year!

   do U self cater?  How long R U away for?  My cousin lives on the Island but due to my anxiety we haven't been able to visit

With 2 adult kids and no grandkids it's very tempting to go away for Christmas.

I love my tree  .  Many years ago a friend lost her bearded dragon for hours, it was in the tree  even the dog didn't suss it out  . Our tree is ready dressed, pulled from the loft each year, plugged in and Hey Presto !!

This afternoon I've seen an advert on Ch5 for a money saving scheme, putting an amount away ready for .......... what happens when that firm goes bankrupt!!

As one did a few years back, and I don’t think they got their money back either! 🤬😢

Those poor people had nothing for Xmas.

Those types of saving schemes were common when I was growing up.  It was more in recent years that these Clubs went bust.
