You have been looking forwards to this break for ages so no doubt you will have anxiety surges.  Damn them  >:( ……… I find telling DH works as we back off the pressure even by sitting where we are rather than going places.

Remember you are there to celebrate !  your sister WILL manage ……… this is YOUR time  ;)

Have you anxiety top ups you can take?

Weather improved any, not according to the news  :-\

Glad you're feeling a bit better now. It's so unfair to feel rough when you've been looking forward to a break. Hope you can start to enjoy it now.

Hi Honeybun

I'm sorry to hear you, feel like this.
I totally understand how you feel, I remember posting earlier this year that I was feeling exactly the same about going away.
You have done it and you are there, try to have fun, I know it's not always easy but when you get back you will feel great, look upon it as a personal achievement.
By the way, I only managed 2 nights away! Still can't face a real holiday.
Makes me very cross as I am very well travelled and the thought of travelling makes me feel anxious and nauseous now and all thanks to the stupid menopause!!!
I think when we feel like this our safety net is our own surroundings.
Really hope you continue to feel better and enjoy yourself.

Feeling better now. It has taken a while and mornings are not great but as the day goes on I improve. Been out in the fresh air, lots of walking and peaceful places and wonderful scenery has helped. Hubby has been told and bless him he puts no pressure on me at all.

By the end of the week I will have settled. And then I come home. Hey ho. Can't pick the places you have a huge wobble.

It's always the way - when you need to feel calm and settled s--- hits.
You get over it, then come home.
Enjoy the rest of your time there.
