Tomorrow I'm having the first of the combined patches- I've told hubby to brace himself in case I turn into a hormone monster!!

Thats great!!
Im finding the progesterone is making me a bit wired! Im on the edge but I'm aware i am and can calm it down- a bit teenage and laughable! I must admit i prefer the oestrogen only part but its only day 3 so will keep at it and hope it calms down!!

Try not to second guess what will happen.
When I started off on my patches I did not even know about this forum so was blissfully unaware of how things might go.
I was not sitting expecting things to happen.

All was fine perhaps helped by that's how I expected things be.

It's like if you are feeling fine and someone tells you you look poorly. You start to examine yourself for an illness that's not there.

Just go with the flow.

Karin I prefer the second half as I feel a better sense of well being. Having said that I am experiencing a good first half this month so goodness knows what I will be like in the next 2 weeks 😀 maybe it has just taken this long to stabilise. I have been on them 7 mths now. I Have been told I can carry on long term until I am 54 or missed a bleed for 12 mths whatever comes first then I can go onto the next stage of patches. Compare me to 12 mths ago there is no comparison I am so glad to have been prescribed them. B x
