Mine are worse at night as well. I think i remember Hurdity giving an explanation for this on another post before. Cant find it. Maybe she will see this and help us out.
I'm on tibolone and still getting flushes and feel very tired some times but think may be due to disturbed sleep.
Most annoying!!!!

Not sure if they are worse as such, just that when we need sleep most
Very draining for sure. I'm lucky in that the ones I am getting, which aren't many, seem to happen during the day.

Mine are much more troublesome in the warm weather. My bedroom has windows front and back and even though I draw the blinds during the day is quite sauna-like by the evening. I've been using a cold pack which I put between my thighs when I lie on my side which I find soothing. It's a little on the small side & quickly gets warm so I've ordered a chillow off Amazon which is larger. Hoping it won't get warm as quickly.

Mine are worse at night too..almost to the hour feel that hot flush start in my lower back and creep up. I would like to try those new bed fans that they sell now although a bit pricey but bet thats a nice breeze.

I've got some cool scarves. Not scarves as such, but more bandana like. Soak in cold water, squeeze out excess & hey presto something cool to wrap around your neck.

Ugh , I think my hot flashes are getting hotter, is that even possible ?
Is it because it's summer? We have the air on but I am waking up SO hot, and now kinda sweaty.
