Can anyone tell me if you take Dandelion with HRT for water retention? And if so, is it any good?
Thanks ...

I couldn't eat a whole Dandelion :) but  Dandelion root  helps with with fluid retention, Nettle Tea is even better.

dandelion is a diuretic! why do you want to use it, gather it from non-roadside places, pull off the petals and steep in boiling water .... we made dandelion wine - once  ;D

It's known as 'pee the bed' in Germany

Maybe best to use dandelion root extract in capsules or tincture  :)  for diuretic purposes.

I prefer to use,  or use to use Nettle tea mixed with Horsetail Tea, (fabulous for the hair too ) I remember I use to make up a jug of both and add rosehip tea to improve the taste.

I don't get water retention now except in hot weather, and now use fresh lemon or lime juice in water with mint leaves, it acts as a diuretic too.

Roasted Dandelion Root is used as a coffee substitute. you can buy it a health shops though can't say I am keen on it.
