I had this - at the same time when my sweat smelled
I know it sounds weird but I swear that smelly sweat was my first symptom of meno. Then there was this urine smell - I remember telling my doctor about this ... and her looking at me as if I just arrived from another planet
It came and went after a while, as this embarrassing smell of sweat. I have no idea which hormones are responsible for this but I am sure some are
