My symptoms were very noticeable to me, but I rated them low impact, compared to things I've read women are living with on here. The omega fish oils vitamin d, hit a note with me. Been on them around 3 to 4 weeks and my very warm glows have stopped. I've been indulging in dates over the past week, unsure if they have any influence. But suddenly realised sleeping again and not so hot. (Dates as in figs!!) Will keep you posted. Wonderful for digestion too. About 15 a day!! Yum. X

Vitamin E might be another supplement to add to, I think that the reason I have I have an easier time and never had VA was because of the supplements I take and I have taken 200 units of d-alpha tocopherol   Natural Vitamin E ( not the supermarket ones) for as long as I can remember.
