All I can say is "Get thee to another doctor and  get on some hormones" local or full HRT. Do you have someone you can visit in another town and then go to a doctor there? Maybe your regular site doctor will be out for the holidays and you can see a stand-in?  Don't give up...don't give up....DON"T GIVE UP!!!!
