  Hello, what is the best estriol cream to buy on the internet,  is it Bioidentical as i have a lot of temple pains on the patch, plus the tablets, my blood tests say i am menapausel  also i have no dryness down below at all, if i was 100% menapausel as the doctors say would,nt i be dry,   still very hot in the mornings and on and off in the night, very tired and drained alot also many thanks

I'm not quite clear what you are after?

As ellie66 says, estriol cream is available on NHS but is only used for vaginal dryness which you say you do not have, and other biologically identical full HRT is also available if this is what you are asking for?

Are you actually taking HRT at the moment and which types have you tried?  Are your periods irregular etc?

Some of the synthetic progestogens cause headaches in some women, and also tablet HRT disagrees with some women.
