hi all,
I have experienced this briefly this year; especially when rising from sitting, really awful, can be a symptoms of low blood pressure. You can also be suffering from adrenal fatigue, and although many doctors don't really recognise adrenal fatigue, I do believe that we women are more susceptible to adrenal problems around this time of life,. quite simply the adrenals can become stressed, hormones can go awire especially thyroid as a result. Truthfully this is about as much as I know. medication does not help it just stresses the body more. What about trying something to aid your adrenals such as licorice or gingseng, ashwagandha (in small doses can be really good~~) these symptoms do pass, but they're not pleasant and hate feeling dizzy, and nausea too.
I hope this helps and hope your asthma improves, just trying an anti-inflammory herb will help, and also just practising taking deep breathes. Apologies if you have been doing all of this.
I suffered from asthma for years, won't bore you, so know what it's like, I was so ill with it.
Hope you feel better soon!
