It is 90% beetroot juice with a little apple juice added, not the pickled beetroot in vinegar though that's very good or roasted beetroot , I add it to either cloudy apple juice or any other berry juice.

It just means you can get more of the goodness of the beetroot as you could not eat a lot of the whole beetroot in one go.

thats good news then as i love beetroot

and its also healthy i love it on ham sandwiches

but i can eat a jar of baby beets in one go, my oh half hates the stuff and can smell it even if i am eating it in another room

Maybe it's the vinegar he doesn't like? Cooked with a roast dinner makes a totally different tasting veg.

got to be honest i have never tried fresh beetroot only pickled
my oh doesnt like any root veg at all so i doubt he would like it but i would like to try it
i love parsnips swede etc and oh cant stand them
