 I found this article on changes which occur in perimenopause to be very good in explanation with hormonal correlation and some tips for getting through it. I hope those of you going through this period find it helpful.

Thank you.  That article made a lot of sense.  It is the best thing I have read so far and explains a lot of what is going on.

Still not sure if I am in early or late perimenopause though    I expect I will just have to wait and see.

That is brilliant thank you, it explains a lot of things. It does help to know why something is happening.  I like the explanation re inconclusive hormone testing due to the quality of egg you are shedding that month, makes sense. GP's take note x
