I've avoided having the flu jab for the last few years as it has made the IBS worse. However, I had a virus earlier this year and was poorly with asthma and it took me a long time to recover. Flu could be a lot worse. I think I should have one.

Hi just an update after flu jab havnt suffered any side effects at all!
I hope you find the egg fee flu vaccine soon Taz !
