afternoon all.

joined this forum a few days back but sorry didn't have a chance to post and introduce myself.

i am 52 and going through the menopause, i sure none of this will be knew to any of you, but i hate feeling hot, i also have arthritis as well, so not sure if the menopause makes me hurt more, anyway i think the worse of it is hubby and son feel the cold and i don't at the moment, infact i find being cooler is nicer.

i look forward to hearing more and chatting to others in same boat.
