Recently I read an article that rather than aim for 5/7 fruit/veg daily that we should now go for 30 a week
We eat: frozen peas; peppers; home grown frozen beans; frozen sweet corn all mixed with ginger and garlic - 3/4 times a week in stews/chicken stir fries
Chicken or beef curries with mixed veg and rice or naan bread
Tinned soups: tomato (me), chowder (DH) ....
Lots of soft fruits from late April to currently from out garden: black/white/red currants; bilberries; strawberries; raspberries
Home grown parsnips through the Winter months - I can't work out wether we get 30 a week or not
