Tonight I’ve got 3 friends for dinner, one is vegan with a wheat intolerance and on a diet! She also doesn’t like anything spicy. I’m stuck, any ideas plz?

Ahh sorry Victoria, saw your post too late, not that I had any ideas you understand. 😂

What delights did you cook for them?
Marks and Spencer’s do a lovely plant based pasta sauce, which I have on gf pasta with salad.  Good idea for the next dinner you host.

Hi,
I’m afraid I cheated! Wagamamas adapted a vegan curry, picked it up,  changed the container and served it! 😂

Looking forward to tonight's dinner  :D
I'm doing bruschetta with lovely sweet tomatoes in my own marinade with ricotta followed by creole spiced tiger prawns in a lovely spicy, creamy tomato sauce and linguine (with a wee side of garlic rubbed toasted sourdough). Yum yum piggies 🐷 bum  ;D....
Cannae forget the bottle of Rioja awaiting hubby and I  :clapping:
Next stop for Songbird - Masterchef  ;)

Ooh that sounds fab, C.C.
I absolutely love cooking. I find it relaxes me. Hubby and I are retired now and we always look forward to our Fri and Sat night culinary extravaganza   ;D
My work colleagues used to comment on the effort I put in  :o.....yummy food, candles, nice music etc but hey.....what's the problem with a bit of romance (even at our age  ;D)..x

I can cook, won't cook  ;).  DH can get a meal onto the table in the time it takes me to find the recipe book  ;D.  He's scrubbing potatoes which will go into the oven.  Yesterday he made garlic bread rolls ..... I woke in the night and our bedroom stunk!   :o  :-X ......... windows wide open now :D

CLKD.... ;D
My hubby is my commis chef - I'm rubbish at prep so he does all of the peeling and chopping (to my exacting standards  ;))...
I give the orders like a female Gordon Ramsay (minus the swearing of course)  :o.....and he replies........"oui chef"  ;D....
