Cottage pie, with turnip ( swede) and carrot cheesy mash and beetroot for me, baked beans for himself- miss baked beans but even the low sugar ones spike my blood sugars and don't think Percy the stoma would like them much either.

Just prepped, broccoli, spinach and cauli pasta bake and some spiced plums in marsala.

Roast chicken,brussels,broccoli,roast potatoes and parsnips,gravey,stuffing and bread sauce

Himself is making pancakes as I'm iffy again

Very slow-braised chicken with celeriac and lemon (bottom recipe). I do like Yotam Ottolenghi's food but sometimes the ingredient list for his recipes borders on the ridiculous, this is manageable! I have a larder bursting with little used ingredients!
