Ok after a couple of sessions on here of 'the grass is greener', tonight I'm doing comfort food!!
Roasted stuffed chicken, roasted pots, mashed parsnip, shredded spring greens, carrots, corn and thick yummy gravy!! Whoop whoop!

Hah, on a roll......... just prepared some baked apples stuffed with chopped walnuts, raisins, cinnamon and maple syrup too. I suppose I'd better be back on the fish tomorrow!

soup and slop - hubby has had an uncomfortable dental procedure

no elizabethrose, we both have soup and then something semi solid tonight (sloppy), probably mashed potatoes with scrambled egg and perhaps some tinned rice pudding with jam that's easy to swalllow with minimal chewing. Tomorrow will be a slow cooked casserole then he should be ok by Thursday
