Last night DH cooked two brace of partridge in the air fryer along with yam chips and broccoli on the side. Tonight it was spud chips, broccoli and cold partridge.

Yam = sweet potatoes - long, reddish coloured veg. Makes a change from spuds.

small joint of pork in one section of the air fryer, roast potatoes in the other side with broccoli on the top boiling gently.
