I've had to cut out all shop produced cakes. The added sugars and fats slow down my digestion. N Ys Eve was dire
, no pain fortunately but lots of trapped wind = nausea++. For 3 hours
I cut out yoghurt and olives as they were 'sticking' in the digestive process. Fruit makes me windy, I had an unripe pear as part of my lunch and have had wind since.
So my Chef's attempts at stir fried chicken wasn't really appreciated from this side of the table
